Challenge. Greater Oklahoma City Partnership, a 10-county regional business recruitment entity, was preparing to upgrade their website. Among their challenges were consolidating six or seven sites down to one or two, more aggressively touting their competitive advantages, and using the site as a sales tool.

Solution. Prior to the upgrade, Chabin provided detailed analysis and recommendations for the new site. The result was three deliverables that could serve as a guide during website development
  • Discovery Briefing Paper — Chabin interviewed staff and reviewed web analytics, marketing materials, and the existing websites to summarize the new website goals, key messages, audiences, required/desired content, and challenges.
  • Best Practices Briefing Paper — Chabin examined the wider world of website development to provide recommendations in three areas: value-add content, technical enhancements, and website supplements.
  • Site Map — Based on the previous findings, Chabin used MindMap to develop a detailed site map, including an outline of recommended content for each page and wireframed options for the home page.
