| | Challenge. The area comprising Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Victorville sought to strengthen its regional identity as a low-cost alternative to other Southern California locations.
Solution. Chabin and MC2 Design Group established a new name, logo, and look for the region based on the "X marks the spot" concept, refined the target list, and planned a marketing campaign. Victor Valley had 3 active site searches and 3 new prospects within two months of implementation. - Marketing Pieces - Playing off the "X" theme, Chabin and MC2 developed a postcard series--"The Spot for Aviation," "The spot for logistics," etc. and other collateral materials
- Prospecting Program - Chabin is conducting a targeted direct mail/call program on behalf of Victor Valley.
- Website - Working with EDsuite, they developed a new website, VictorValleyCA.com, featuring regional and community profiles, properties, and news.
- Proposal System - The region can now expedite proposal delivery through EDsuite's online proposal tool.
